My Recruiting Philosophy

I firmly believe that every player who possesses talent, work ethic, and good measurables can find a home in college football. Not just any home, but the right one for them.

The starting point is an honest and frank discussion between player, parent, and me. After which, I will help each client/player build their brand. A real brand. Not a fictional character, but true reflection of them, their capabilities, and how the client/player may fit a particular role on a team.

Anyone can target a Division I, II, or III player. It is not about finding just any home to play football. It is about finding the right program for that client/player where they are part of the winning formula of that program. This is what I want for my client/players and what I can offer through my years of experience and vast network.

My Recruiting Strategies

Step 1 - Client/Player Evaluation

I perform an evaluation of the client/player’s film or workout to determine what level the client/player should be looking at while taking into consideration the schools the client/player and parents are interested in as well.

Step 2 - Social Media Platform

I hold a meeting with the client/player and their family after the signup to revise their social media presence and develop their brand. 

Step 4 - College Recruitment 101

I assist in the education of college recruiting with the client/player and family. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring information is up to date in the transfer portal, NIL rules, and registering with the NCAA Clearinghouse. I use my personal network to contact and communicate with college coaches on behalf of my client/player. That includes email, phone call, and social outreach/messaging for my client/player.

Step 3 - High School Coach Coordination

I meet with the client/player’s high school coach to obtain the habits and skillset of the player/client.

Step 6 - Status Updates

I provide a biweekly status update on recruitment efforts via email, phone, or video conference meeting.

Step 5 - Maintaining an Appropriate Social Presence

I advise the client/player on appropriate social media postings to support their brand.

Step 7 - College Recruiting

I communicate with my extensive network of college coaches via phone calls, emails, visits, and messaging to bring attention to the client/player for camps, showcases, combines, and game day invitations.

Step 8 - Client/Player Questionnaire

I coordinate with client/player biweekly regarding online questionnaire, maintained by client/player.
